Languedoc: Jean-Louis Denois, Roquetaillade

I posted comments and info back in April about Jean-Louis Denois' 'no added sulphite' wines from his northern Roussillon vineyards HERE, including a little background on the man, how these wines came about and what attracted him to the St-Paul and Caudiès de Fenouillet area.

FrenchMediterraneanWine was originally a southern France focused blog (now integrated into WW.com) packed with earthy opinions, hardworking winegrowers, and special wine places and vine-scapes across the Roussillon (delve deeper and buy my book!), Languedoc and southwest, Provence, French Riviera, Corsica and the Rhône Valley; plus Bordeaux, Burgundy, Alsace, Loire Valley and Champagne.

Obviously, any reviews or images of booze on this site are destined for those of legal drinking age, whatever that is in your part of the world. RMJ fully endorses sensible consumption of alcohol, especially with good food and company. Lecture over.
